Previous to setting up Twenty Six 03, Duncan was a Commissioner at ABC in Los Angeles where he Exec Produced Jimmy Kimmel Live for 3 years, at ITV where he commissioned BGT and Sky where he commissioned A League Of Their Own, As Head Of Entertainment at Granada, Duncan launched Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes, Popstars: The Rivals and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway

Duncan started his career at Planet 24 where he developed both The Big Breakfast and Survivor as well as being Series Editor of The Word and Executive Producing The Big Breakfast.
