A freelance creative Producer, Helen first joined the Creative Cities Convention team as showcaller in Bradford (2025) and returned as Assistant Producer in Liverpool (2026.) 

Having forged a 15-year career in factual programme making, starting in Glasgow before establishing herself in Yorkshire, Helen brings a wealth of creative and practical experience, known for building strong working relationships, empathetic story-telling, and supportive collaboration across diverse projects.

As a Producer for this year's convention, Helen will support the Creative Director and wider senior team with editorial content and project management.
