Entrepreneur, producer and author James Burstall is the CEO of Argonon, one of the UK's largest independent global production groups headquartered in London, Los Angeles, New York, Oklahoma, Glasgow and Liverpool. The group consists of nine production companies producing hundreds of hours of content annually across all genres for broadcasters, streamers and brands including The Masked Singer UKÂ (ITV1), Hard Cell (Netflix), Worzel Gummidge (BBC One), Dispatches (Channel 4) and Attenborough and the Mammoth Graveyard (BBC One), and content for brands including McDonalds, Amazon and American Express. The group has won over 125 international awards including Emmys, BAFTAs and RTS Awards.

Prior to Argonon, Burstall was CEO of Leopard Films, executive producing long-running series, formats and award-winning dramas for global broadcasters. James Burstall's new leadership book, The Flexible Method, Prepare to Prosper in the Next Global Crisis is published in the UK in March and in the US in July.
