Julian Bellamy is Managing Director of ITV Studios, which is part of ITV PLC and is one of the leading independent producers and distributors in the world.

ITV Studios has over 60 production labels, in 13 countries making 7,000 hours of programming each year. Hit series includes, Mr Bates Vs The Post Office, Outlaws, A Real Bug's Life, My Mum Your Dad, Fool Me Once, The Voice, Love Island and the upcoming Franklin for Apple.

Julian joined ITV from Discovery Networks International where, as Creative Director and Head of Commissioning, he ran production and development across 200 countries, with commissioning teams in five international bases. He was previously Head of Channel 4 managing over 2000 hours of original programming a year.

Julian is also a former Head of E4 and BBC3 Channel Controller.

He began his career as a current affairs producer/director working on ITV's World in Action and The Big Story and Channel 4's Dispatches.
