Mike Beale heads up the Global Creative Network at ITV Studios overseeing all development and acquisition of Third Party content in to the group of 36 non scripted labels worldwide. Mike joined ITV Studios in June 2011 to oversee creation and production of ITV Studios formats. He looked after the company’s slate of new and established formats, including, The Chase, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Hell’s Kitchen, Come Dine With Me and rolled out the new reality hit, Love Island.

Mike has extensive experience working at a range of producer/broadcasters and production companies including NBCUniversal (Minute To Win It, Top Chef), BBC (Weakest Link, Friends Like These), Hat Trick (Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Confessions). Mike also previously co founded 12 Yard Productions and Alchemy Reality. His earlier career began in production where he worked with a number of companies including Clear Idea TV, Planet 24, LWT and Bunim Murray Productions.
