Wildflame Productions Ltd is an independently owned and managed Cardiff-based indie supplying programming and content to many of the UK's broadcasters and international distribution partners.

As a member of Wildflame's Senior Management Team, Wil is responsible for overseeing the company's growing slate of productions, as well as managing company operations, supporting and developing Wildflame's in-house team and leading on inclusion and company welfare.

Previously, Wil had been Production Executive at Outline Productions and before that was Head of Production at Boomerang for eight years.

Across his career credits include: (as Head of Production) Dara O Briain's Mysteries of The Pyramids (Channel 5), Big Zuu's Big Eats (UKTV), Extreme Cake Makers (Channel 4), What Would Your Kid Do?
